30 Day Change-of-Mind
We want to make sure your arts fit perfectly in your home! However, if you do change your mind because of choosing incorrect size, wrong style, etc., we have a 30-day change-of-mind policy. You can return your art prints to us within 30 days for a store credit or exchange.
All returns must be unused and packaged securely in the original packaging. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. To request a return, please contact us as soon as possible.
Hand-Painted Canvas
Returns & exchanges are only available for art prints. Hand-painted canvases are not eligible for the Change-Of-Mind return policy. We strongly recommend carefully considering your choice of hand-painted canvases. Please take your time to review the product details and ensure it meets your preferences before making a purchase.
Product Warranty
All our artworks come with a 12-month warranty. If any product fault arises, please contact us at info@zokis.com.au and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
Product Faulty
All Zokis artworks are triple checked for quality assurance. However, in the unfortunate circumstance that your artwork arrives faulty, we will replace it for you or directly refund your payment. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your artwork at info@zokis.com.au and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
In order to maintain our high-quality standards, we may request that the artwork be returned to us. If we ask you to return it, we will cover the cost of the return.
Damaged in Transit
If you find that your artwork has been damaged in transit, please advise us immediately by emailing us at info@zokis.com.au with photos of the damage to your artwork. Should we accept the damage in transit claim, we shall organise a replacement for you.
